TESE-ESF launched a competition for “Consultancy to carry out the Diagnostic Study and Action Program for the General Directorate of Energy”, within the scope of the Community Program for Access to Renewable Energy in Bambadinca (Guinea-Bissau). The aforementioned competition is referenced DIAGNOSTICO _ PCAER 2011/231-830, and is financed by the European Union (Energy Facility) and Portuguese Cooperation.

TESE-ESF requests the sending of an email addressed to s.dourado@tese.org.pt with cc of d.afonso@tese.org.pt by those interested in presenting their consultancy proposal. As defined in the ToR, all proposals must be sent by email by 12:00 pm (Greenwich Mean Time) on June 3, 2013.
